• VNST: The company providing products/services under the contract.
• Customer: An individual or organization purchasing products/services from VNST.
• Products/Services: Items and services provided by VNST under the sales agreement.

2.3. Quotations and Orders

All quotations from VNST are valid only within the period specified in the quotation. Orders become effective only when confirmed in writing by VNST. VNST reserves the right to reject orders if the customer fails to meet payment conditions or other requirements.

2.4. Pricing and Payment

The prices of products/services are stated in the quotation and may change based on market conditions, shipping costs, or additional expenses.

Customers must make full payments as per the agreed terms. Late payments may result in penalties or suspension of services/products. VNST reserves the right to cease supplying products/services if customers fail to comply with payment terms.

2.5. Delivery and Product Acceptance

Delivery times are estimates only. VNST is not liable for delays due to external factors such as natural disasters, legal policies, or third-party failures.

Customers are responsible for inspecting products upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days from the delivery date for assistance.

Use of the product/service by the customer constitutes acceptance of the product/service under the agreed conditions.

2.6. Warranty and Liability Limitations

VNST commits to delivering products/services that meet published quality standards. If the product/service has defects due to VNST’s fault, we will provide warranty services, repairs, or replacements as per the contract terms.

VNST is not liable for defects arising from improper use by the customer or factors beyond VNST’s control.

All warranty-related claims must be submitted in writing within the specified warranty period.

2.7. Order Cancellation and Returns

Confirmed orders can only be canceled or modified with VNST’s approval.

Return policies will be considered on a case-by-case basis in accordance with contract terms.

2.8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

All transactions between VNST and customers are governed by Vietnamese law.

The parties shall seek to resolve disputes through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be settled in a competent court in Vietnam.
